We prioritize finding the right fit over filling positions quickly, because a fast bad hire costs far more than taking a few extra days to find the right person.
What does Milliner charge for staffing services?
For direct hire placements, we charge a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary, due upon successful placement. For temporary staffing, we charge an hourly bill rate that covers the employee’s wages plus our service fee. We stand behind our placements. For direct hire positions, we offer a replacement guarantee within a specified period.
