On November 5th, 2007, Milliner Talent Solutions opened its doors with one simple goal: help people find meaningful work and help companies find the right people to add to their teams. Eighteen years later, we’re proud to celebrate the relationships, successes, and lessons that have shaped our journey.

Our Evolution

Milliner started with just one person: our CEO, Rich Milliner. He worked from a tiny office with a basic laptop, his personal cell phone and a printed photo above his desk that proudly said “Milliner & Associates.” However, there were no associates then, just Rich, determination and a dream of what this company could become.

The company mission was always very simple: matching incredible candidates with great opportunities. But over time, we realized our impact could go far beyond placements. Today, we bring our expertise and insights to bear on full‑spectrum talent strategies including recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, and supporting both candidates and companies for the mutual benefit of both.

Through the years, we’ve partnered with companies across industries, from small startups to established enterprises, helping them navigate complex hiring challenges. We’ve celebrated the moments when a candidate lands their dream job, when a client finds the perfect team member, and when a placement sparks real growth for everyone involved.
